Step into a festive world of holiday cheer at Tumble Shine’s Winter Wonderland! Join us on December 21st for a family-friendly event packed with seasonal magic – from photos with Santa and friends to interactive Christmas crafts, cookie decorating, and delightful stories with Mrs. Claus. Located in Berea, KY, Tumble Shine’s Winter Wonderland offers unforgettable moments for kids and families, bringing joy and excitement to your holiday season.

  • When is Trunk or Treat?
    The event will take place on October 19th from 5-7PM
  • What exactly is Trunk or Treat?
    Trunk or Treat is an event where businesses and organizations will decorate the trunk of their vehicle. They will provide a small game or activity the children participate in that results in a piece of candy. This is a great event to attend with children of all ages. Trunk or Treat makes it about more than just the candy as they participate in fun activities throughout the night! We will also have a Halloween Glow Party after Trunk or Treat starting at 7PM for children 6+ with black lights and music. While the outside Trunk or Treat is FREE, the after hours glow party is $10 when you pre-register and $12 at the door.   • Where will everyone park?
    Tumble Shine is Located at 60 Old Wallaceton Rd in Berea, We will have the parking lot blocked off for parking and vendors
  • Will there be Restrooms, Drinks, and Food available?
    Restrooms are loacted inside Tumble Shine lobby. There will be food and drink availble for purchase at the event as well.
  • Are strollers & Wagons allowed?
    Strollers and wagons will be allowed, but please note the vendors will be parking on the gravel. Our parking lot is gravel, so there may be challenges using strollers and wagons.
  • Can I host a trunk?
    We want to make sure this is the best Halloween ever for kids in Berea! Because of that, we’re hoping to get as many trunks as possible. For more information on hosting a trunk, please click HERE.
  • Is there a long term commitment required to enroll in classes at Tumble Shine?
    No, there is no long term commitment required at Tumble Shine. All of our classes and tuition are on a monthly basis. This means that if you start class in the middle of the month, we will prorate your fee accordingly. We believe in providing our students with the flexibility to attend classes on a schedule that works best for them, without the added pressure of a long term commitment.   • Is there a Membership fee?
    Yes, there is an annual membership fee of $39 per family. This fee helps cover administrative costs and ensures that you and your family have access to all of Tumble Shine's classes and events. It is important to note that this fee is only charged once per year, regardless of how many classes or programs your family participates in. At Tumble Shine, we strive to make gymnastics accessible and affordable for everyone. In addition to our membership fee, we offer a variety of class packages and discounts to help you get the most out of your experience. Whether you're looking for recreational classes or competitive training, we have something for every age and skill level.   • Do I have to be on autopay?
    No, you do not have to be on autopay with Tumble Shine. However, we do require that all customers keep a card on file to make payments easier. If you pay your bill by the 25th of the month prior to the next billing cycle, your credit card will not be charged. This way, you have the option to pay manually or have your payments automatically processed each month. Keeping a card on file is a secure and convenient way to ensure that your account is always up to date.   • Can my child take a trial class?
    Yes, Tumble Shine Athletics offers a 3-week trial for only $39. This trial period allows your child to experience our classes and find the perfect fit. To get started, simply fill out the trial form on our website and one of our team members will be in touch with you to help you find the right class for your child. We believe in the value of our classes and we are confident that your child will enjoy the experience and learn new skills.   • Do you offer a multiple class discount?
    Yes, we do! We understand that parents want their children to have the opportunity to try different activities and learn new skills. That's why we offer a multiple class discount at Tumble Shine. For every class that your child enrolls in after their first, we offer a 25% discount. This means that the more classes your child takes, the more you save! We want to make it as easy as possible for families to participate in our instructional classes and enjoy all the benefits of our programs.   • Do you offer a discount if I am enrolling more than one child?
    Yes, we offer a sibling discount for families who are enrolling more than one child in Tumble Shine. For every child you enroll after your first, you will receive a $10 discount on the first sibling and $15 off each additional sibling. This discount will be automatically applied to your total enrollment fee at checkout. We understand the importance of keeping families active and engaged, especially during these times, and we hope this discount helps make our classes more accessible for your family.   • How often do classes meet?
    All classes at Tumble Shine meet once a week. However, we strongly encourage athletes to attend class twice a week to see the best results. Our classes are designed to build upon skills learned the previous week, so attending multiple classes will help athletes progress more quickly. We offer a variety of class times throughout the week to accommodate busy schedules. If you have any questions about our class schedule or which classes would be best for your child, please don't hesitate to contact us.
  • What should my child wear to class?
    At Tumble Shine, we want our students to feel comfortable and be able to move freely during class. We recommend that your child wear their level-appropriate shirt or leotard to class, along with non-slip socks or tumbling shoes. Hair should be pulled back in a ponytail to prevent it from getting in the way during activities. We also ask that students avoid wearing any jewelry that may pose a safety hazard or get in the way during class. By following these guidelines, your child will be able to fully enjoy their Tumble Shine classes and get the most out of their tumbling experience.
  • How will I know if my child is progressing?
    At Tumble Shine, we understand that as a parent, you want to see your child grow and improve with each class. That's why we have a system in place to keep you updated on your child's progress. Each class has a list of skills and progressions that your child will work on during the session. Our experienced coaches will assess your child's abilities and work with them to improve their skills. Upon receiving a new skill, you will receive an email from us updating you on your child's progress. This way, you can keep track of their achievements and see how they are developing. We believe that every child deserves to shine, and we are committed to helping them achieve their full potential. If you have any questions or concerns about your child's progress, our coaches are always available to discuss them with you.
  • Do you offer Private Lessons?
    Yes, we offer private lessons. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced tumbler, our experienced instructors can work with you one-on-one to help you achieve your tumbling goals. Private lessons are a great way to get personalized attention and instruction, allowing you to work on specific skills or areas that you want to improve. To schedule a private lesson, simply submit the private request form found under the parent toolbox on our website. You can choose your preferred instructor and time slot, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Private lessons are available for individuals or small groups, and pricing varies depending on the length of the lesson and the number of participants.   • What is the Drop Policy?
    At Tumble Shine, we understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules can change. In the event that you need to drop your child from their class, we require a 30 day notice. This gives us enough time to adjust our class sizes and schedules accordingly. To initiate the drop process, simply stop by the front desk and request a drop notice form. Once completed, your child will no longer be enrolled in their class after the 30 day notice period has elapsed. Please note that failure to provide a 30 day notice may result in additional fees or charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient program.   • What is the waitlist policy?
    1. Our staff monitors the wait-list report on a daily basis 2. Our goal is to get you off of the wait-list ASAP 3. If YOU are on a wait-list our customer experience team will contact you as soon as an opening is available. 4. YOU will have 24 hours to respond either Yes ENROLL me or NO do not enroll me. 5. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will REMOVE you from the wait-list so we can offer it to the next person on the list.
  • Do you offer make-up classes?
    Yes, we understand that life can get busy and sometimes you may miss a scheduled class. We try our best to offer a make-up class when space allows. However, please note that open gym or preschool play may be the only option due to availability. To schedule a make-up class, we ask that you stop by the front desk or contact our office at 859-800-2872. Our staff will work with you to find a suitable time and class for your child to make-up the missed session. Please note that make-up classes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend scheduling your child's classes in advance to ensure they don't miss out on any valuable learning opportunities.
  • What is the inclement Weather Policy?
    In some cases of inclement weather, it is necessary for Tumble Shine to adjust or cancel classes and practices. Please review the following policies, to see what guides our decision making. Providing a safe training environment is very important to us, and these steps are in place to provide a clear understanding how we do that. We do NOT follow any particular public school closing. Decision based off: Road conditions during winter season. Temperatures at or above 93 degrees inside the gym during summer season. Decision will be announced by: 6:30am for morning & daytime offerings 2:30pm for after-school & evening offerings We will notify you in the following ways: Email notification Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) Team Communications: Team Parents group text Make-up or Rescheduling options: Classes – student will be eligible to make up this class in next 30 days. Team Practices – this will be a case by case basis, when possible, coaches will try to reschedule. WE appreciate your understanding and support in our approach. Although we live in Kentucky and are all accustomed to mother nature’s best, the safety of our athletes and families are of the utmost importance to us.
  • Is there a cost to attend?
    There is no cost to attend this event, so make sure to tell your family and friends about this fun, FREE event! While the Trunk or Treat event outside is free, the Halloween After Hours Glow Party inside is $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
